PETROL TECHNOLOGY PureTech
The 1,2L PureTech 130 S&S new Peugeot 308i is equipped with the new PureTech petrol-fueled three-cylinder turbo engine and a 6-speed manual gearbox or 6-speed EAT6 (Efficient Automatic Transmission 6)i. This technologcal breakthrough reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by 21% while delivering the same amount of power and driving pleasure. BlueHDi DIESEL ENGINES
The new Peugeot 308 features exciting new technology, including BlueHDi, the name given to the Euro 6 diesel engines. Thanks to the exclusive combination of a SCRi and FAPi system, the BlueHDi technology drastically reduces (by more than 90%) the NOx emissions, curbs CO2 emissions, and virtually eliminates particulates (99.9 %)
